Legacy skins are beginning to lose their luster
Newer skins are getting better and better. SO many legacy skins feel like 750 no frills tier right now

legacy skins are not supposed to look pretty. if i see someone with a legacy skin in one of my games i think "wow. that guy's been playing for a while." and not, that looks so sleek and nice. most aren't that good because they are simply old and new tech in riot hq = fancier skins. the one exception is probably skins on a champion that's been reworked recently, like warwick or galio
