I think its ok for every champion to have that one skin where if you missed it, you missed it, but 2 is a little sad. I know RIOT is aware of this as they gave everyone RIOT Kayle recently which had ticked up Kayle's "you'll never get this skin" to 3. Can we just bring it down to 1?

All the "Riot" skins except Singed are Legacy. They can be obtained through Mystery Gifts, Hextech Crafting, and may also become available through special sales.

My 2 cents on the matter...

Aetherwing Kayle beats all the other skins (unless you are really looking for the fantasy Angel look).
Kayle is up for a VGU (still a long long time though) which means she'll get completely new visuals (she is pretty old looking) and maybe some skins will return in some way.
