We've got both these login issues and these firewall issues, and I'm basically kicked out of a match because of it. This seems to be happening a LOT right now, not just to me.
Since your connections are being sh!tty, you need to press the "Loss Forgiven" button. It is simply not fair to be getting losses because it's impossible to get connected.

Other than "velkoz is disabled and oh yeah we know about some firewall thingy being a problem" we have zero indication of any effort to change the situation.
Alternatively, and rationally, riot could put us all on better footing by 1) changing the error messages to be more meaningful and not one which implies the problem is on YOUR end rather than THEIRS 2) turning on loss forgiven 3) if someone is in a promotion series and gets dumped due to this, put them back in it.
These things aren't impossible, and don't require a budget suitable for landing on the moon. As it stands it just seems like riot doesn't even give a damn.

Lose prevent needs to be on, unless Riot fixes it 100%. And I wanna honor the Singed on my team. I don't know who he was but he was in a 1v4, and needs a hug.

Logon to my other account, able to join a custom game. Had no problems with this before this game. This problem is very clearly on riots end.

Epigraph1 votesAt a minimum turn off leave buster. I just attempted to play my promotion series, but nope, instead I get a recommendation to check my firewall for 20 minutes followed by a leave and a lost promotion.
The message you receive from this bug is so obnoxious as well -- rather than implying it's a problem on my end, which it obviously is not, how about you change it to say "hey, sorry, our shit isn't working right now. try again later."
