Petition to give Gragas the Victorious Skin
So I would like to nominate Gragas for this years Victorious Skin. There are 2 reasons for this nomination.
1. Gragas as had a major impact on the meta this season. Gragas was the golden boy of the tank meta and is still one of the strongest junglers in the game.
2. Gragas was expected to recieve it last year. If you refer to http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/competitive/end-season-rewards-and-new-master-tier you will see this as the top comment when the Victorious Skin was spoiled.

You can only imagine the disappointment the Gragas mains must have felt when they found out that skin was going to Morgana.
