How is it possible for a silver 3 to be in my plat game?
The enemy team's adc was silver 3 and their support was silver 1. How is this possible?

Eh it all depends on MMR. When I was in promo for G5 I saw quite a few plat and ex plat players both on enemy and my team.

When I team up with other silvers, it's easy to see golds, plats and sometimes even diamonds.
