It's a few months until they disclose who will get the victorious skin, but LCS has been going on and they'll need to internally decide who it goes to soon. Which champion do you think it will be?

The only one I'd debate no chance at all is kindred because they recently already got a skin. Rek'sai and zyra could use some new skins, it's been awhile. Braum hasn't gotten that much lately and he's always been a dominating factor in and outside lcs. Nidalee has a lot of skins, legacy skins, and even a challanger skin so it's debatable for her but she's been a threat since forever...
Personally, I'll just love a victorious zyra, kindred, or rek'sai. They have so much potential and design choices to make the theme fit so well. Imagine a victorious zyra garden.

Someone nobody cares about since Hextech gives free skins, this one excluded. But honestly, it's not worth 1 skin/border/icon that does nothing to show how good you are considering you can easily premade boost. shrugs
honestly with how pros are playing out I wouldn't doubt a victorius zac GP fiora or ekko
