Serious Inquiry From the Community Regarding Hextech Crafting (Poll)

Do you, as a player, feel as though the Hextech crafting system could possibly be a little stacked? By that, I mean do you think that there's a little bit of a foul system at play when it comes to "random chance"? I know from personal experience that I open a lot of chests containing legendary skins which cost a lot of orange essence, however I've rerolled multiple times into 520 skins.

Listen, this is absolutely no shade at Riot. I am a VERY big fan of the hextech system, I think it was a very brave move for Riot to release a system to obtain items~~ that should cost money ~~as a reward for just playing. However, I do think that I've noticed quite a few shady patterns within the system itself. So, in conclusion, I ask for the community's feedback to this question.

It feels that way because you don't think much of the cheap skins that you re roll, the way human minds work is that we think of the valuable skins getting used.

A lot of legacy skins are just recolours as well so there is a pretty good chance of getting a meh skin.
