Think rammus top will become a thing?

So did a game as top. and noticed how good his kit was for going in with EW and getting way from ganks with Q. and his passive makes it easy to CS without leaving the minions with 2 HP (I do that. a lot.) kinda lost lame from a cause he went armor pen runes and so by then I had 5 deaths from Diana camp and all that...but with the extra gold from top i was able to get a ton of armor/MR items compared to gold from jungle. so late game with 5 items and a (you don't use too much mana so HP regen to come back in is nice) my W put me at 600 armor and 300 MR capable of 5 shotting the ADC by sitting in a 1v5 for like 10 seconds. cause junglers and support, I feel can usually be the last roles to get full items. the only time I died past laning was from a 1v3 where I was CCed before I got my W up cause ramus gets so tanky. kinda like after ulting pre rework. kinda just sits there peeling but never dies so...yeah, went off track.
