you do know that usually new champs have been stupid op on release (xept for Brad, sorry dude)

Its part or Riot's marketing strategy. makes sense too from a business point of view. so how about banning brand new champs in ranked? sound like a good idea?

ps: i dont understand why new champs are released into ranked right away in the first place. that gives a huge advantage to people who had the ability to play them in PBE, while people who did not are faced with a brand new champion. How about a 2 week grace period to have people get used to new champs before releasing them into ranked play?

I mean, they are not in the LCS right away either, correct?
