Why is there still no solo queue Twisted Treeline Ranked?

It's really aggravating that only teams of 3 get to play there. And its even more aggravating having to carry a team of 5 when you get thrusted into a support position and Zed goes 0/5 into Talon, Varus cant' dodge Blitz's Q, Lee helps feed Talon and their Even, and top goes 2/5. At least give us the opportunity to play where we only have to carry 2 idiots. Sometimes 4 is just too many, regardless of how good you are. Or however balanced you may think this elo hell may be.
