ha, now prepare for long ques times and weird comps.
it took me a second, lol, but i realized youre new here :P Yeah you can queue up as whatever champion you want, but it takes longer for the popular ones than usual. also you can be the the captain and pick your team comp. Be warned though...most use it as a practice ground for champions they want to learn / spam so its likely most of your team/opponents are unskilled at the role or champion.
The only problem I have with teambuilder is that, like blind pick, it allows mirror matchups which won't teach you anything in preparation for ranked.
