His lore fit the description, many of his piers suspected he was hiding something and thought there was something a little of about him, now omega squad Teemo comes out.

Eh, Teemo's mentally unhinged. If we base it off of lore and not skins though, Veigar is Bandle City's greatest patriot and thus Teemo is a traitor for stopping Veigar's plan.
