Nearly every major gaming company has some form of system software that looks for software interacting with their own. Look up 'Warden' if you don't believe me(although I think they have may switched to a different software now...)
That's presumably very easy to get around.
Don't use third-party programs that go against the TOU, and you've got nothing to worry about.
Yeah. Everyone knows they look for programs and ban you for them.
