I always thought "feeding" meant...
Intentionally dying to the enemy team.
But with the way people use it, it's basically "Oh you died a lot for whatever reason? FEEDING!"

Thats why there is feeding and intentionally feeding.
You're feeding the enemy team a steady diet of Gold.
Whether it's intentional or not, this fact remains - you are helping the enemy team snowball to victory.
I generally interpret feeders as being my allies when I lose a match.

"Intentionally feeding" is intentionally dying to the enemy team. There is a reason that "intentionally" is included in the report options.
Dying a lot to the enemy team is still feeding. It's different if it helps your team (dying to set up plays or to save fed allies), but that is rarely the case when someone is accused of feeding.
What if everyone just starts out at lvl 18 and there are no items. Respawn times would increase as the game progresses. Would that work for anti snowball?
