@Katey, thoughts on Talon's current state skins-wise
A few months ago I asked a Rioter if Team skins count against a champion's skin release schedule, and if we would have to wait longer for a skin even though that particular skin is unplanned.

No, we don't plan ahead when it comes to Worlds skins. There isn't really a way for us to plan since it's the winners choice on what skin is made, and it's not always the champ they played in the final game.
So, no the Worlds skins don't interrupt the planned release of a champion skin in production.

I'm not asking for release dates or anything I'm more looking for your own opinion and thoughts on the subject. Because, if Riot Galetta's right, then Talon has tehcnically not received a skin since January of 2012. January of 2012. I'd ask you in client but you know I can't for reasons.
