The dance isn't as memorable or is remotely related to Scarecrows.
Even though you could argue most of the dances the champions have aren't related to what they are, I feel touching Fiddlesticks 'Wizard of Oz - Scarecrow' dance is a no no. :/

Regardless, if Fiddlesticks ever gets a VO/change, the way he flings his body around should be like that. :) Makes me smile every time.
