Idea for a new punishment: Forced delays for when you can queue up again
Oftentimes, people will act toxic because they're on tilt; they play some bad games in a row, get angry, and spiral out of control. Next thing they know, BANNED. And all from one bad day that resulted in a death threat being made.
The thing is, it's been proven that taking breaks during extended gaming helps people to calm the f### down. You see it all the time on 3DS games ("Why don't you take a break?"), but Riot doesn't suggest it at all? For shame.
That's where this suggestion comes in: If it's clear that a player is toxic because they're tilting, why not punish them by forcing them to wait between games?
Basically, if you're in the middle of this punishment, whenever you log in or finish a game, you are not allowed to queue up again for a match for, say, 5-15 minutes (depending on level of punishment). This "queue delay" would last a certain number of matches, much like Chat Restriction.
