Truth be told, I don't think they are all wrong.

Personally I was chat restricted for like 16 months straight, which then simply disappeared completely without changing my behavior much, if at all.

Then just recently (last month, was it?) I was given maximum dodge penalty(5x20min) after one AFK in like 4 months. I mean it. I was very conscious about AFKing and the longest I ever "AFKed" since the season officially ended, was when I went to get a snack durning loading and came back about 1:40 into the game.
