I want to change my summoner name to something fitting of my favorite champ and need to grind the IP out for it. What's the fastest way to do it?

Not even trying to be rude here, but this is kind of the best way to get IP.
You can't get it without playing. And you get more for winning.
Although IP boosts can help if you want to shell out the cash.
