Make new champs unbannable for a certain amount of time?

I feel like I'm gonna get downvoted to hell for this, but...

Would it be possible to make new champions unbannable in draft for a little while after their release? I've been so excited and waiting for Kled to finally come out since he got announced, and when I finally have the chance to get on and play him, he's permabanned in draft. It just doesn't seem fair that people notice there's a new champion and just decide to immediately ban him because they either wanna be jerks or automatically assume he's OP

Even if you made him unbannable in Draft, then you'd still be hoping the other team doesn't pick him first, or fighting a teammate that wants to take them in a different role. You've got a 1/10 chance of getting them.

The better solution is to play Blind Pick. 2/10 chance of getting to play the champion and they can't get banned.

I dont want someone whose completely clueless picking him and costing me the game.

Not at all sorry. 100% ban for about 2 weeks for me.
