Gimp VS Photoshop!

Not sure which one to get, I'm interested in making some cool gfx on League champs and just that kind of stuff ^_^

Note: I do have quite a bit of experience on Gimp but I feel like I could make better gfx on photoshop because it's more commonly used. Not hesitant on learning new things.

Gimp is still well behind Photoshop in terms of usability and features. Normally I recommend the open source version but Photoshop really doesn't have a viable alternative at this point in time.
