Everyone having ping problems?

Ever since this last patch if it isn't me someone on my team has had crap ping. Not talking like "oh its slightly higher than normal but its ok". I'm talking I have had ping in the range from 400-1000 and I have had team mates that have posted in the chat that their ping is in the 500-1000 range. So is anybody else had this happening to them. Last patch I had random spikes and all that jazz before but since the last patch it has been an absolute constant in every game.
