Aside from having trouble in ranked with people going 0/7 by five minutes, I'm just looking for motivation - or demotivation - to continue on trying to climb in rank.
From everything (aside from games like that Morde Top one where I went 3/7 because SOMEONE decided it's an amazing idea to ban a teammates' counterpick...) ranked and un, in top and support specifically, what rank and division am I suited to?

How do you ban a counter-pick?
You can't see the enemy's pick (which you need to counter-pick them) until after the ban phase.
Just play normals. Ranked matches are cancerous and don't actually determine your rank in any effective way. People will argue they do, but the system is so badly made you'd have to play over 100 1 versus 1 to determine you're true rank based on system they use which doesn't exist. Only other way would be 5 versus 5 (not solo q) but that does not determine how good you are, that determines how good your team is.
