Why are the PBE changes causing such fuss?

I just looked at them, I saw nothing earth shattering. Mundo and Hec are getting relatively small nurfs to compensate for the new tank masteries. Riven is getting a little HP compensation for what she lost in the mastery changes. Quinn is getting her Blinding Assault toned down back to where it was before the rework. Brand is getting some mana increases so he cant spam as much without some item investments. Assassins are looking like they may get some loving.

Whats the deal here?

People just don't like change honestly. I think it comes down to that. I am a bit upset about the Hecarim change only because minion block is ridiculous right now and loved not having to worry about it with him

Because these boards love mages and tanks and hate assassins and melee carries. Nerf any of the former or buff any of the latter and you can expect the QQ to pour in immediately.

Like My Sea Cow stated people dont like change. They see nerf and buffs as something that shouldnt happen in this game. keep it the same, but then will complain when things get stale and boring. And thats if they actually look at things like PBE/Patch notices!
