Best champion ever made?

So what champion do you think riot has made? Not just gameplay wise but story, animations, dialogue etc. For me, its followed closely by . has amazing animations, an amazing voice actor, decent back story, and is relatively balanced (cough well timed wind wall cough). has some of the coolest attack animations with his ult, his sword cutting through enemies extremely fast thanks to his ult and blood well passive.

What do you guys think are some of the most well made champs?
