@Riot: Can we please have a CS Practice Mode?

I was thinking of something where creeps spawn right away and there are counters after 10 mins so you can see your score. It is no fun to go into a customs and wait for nearly 2 mins until the first creep comes to lane. I just want to practice last-hitting.

The next thing would be to give us the ability to spawn with all abilities enabled, so we can test a champ with all abilities instead of waiting until lvl6 Please! Can't be that hard to code, can it?
