and the rest of the people just fucking sit there like "this is fine, i don't want to dodge and wait 5 minutes to play again and instead wish to waste 20 + minutes of my life".

i'm guessing this is just low ELO, since they think they can carry it or something, don't really wanna risk it.

Last pick says all the time "If I'm support I'm feeding" and they usually get their way despite me doing everything to make them support
