Is it ageist the rules to put up a replay so people can identify a troll?

Just had a troll in solo Q fed first blood, first tower, and continued to seek out and feed the enemy team 12+ kills. He verbally abused our ADC and ruined my placement matches. Can I put up the video as a PSA?
