Losing controll but no ping spike?

So I just keep randomly losing control in games. It started about 3 days ago and just keeps getting worse. If I was standing steal then I will just stand ther and can not move or use a spell. But I can still talk in chat. If I recently clicked somewhere then I will run there and then stop and I can not stop from running or move when I get there. There is no change in my ping. And I am not getting "Attempting to reconnect." Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? Some times it is only a second or two. But sometimes it is like ten seconds or more.
