So who do you think is getting the next ultimate skin?

If it's going based off position, we already have a jungler (Udyr), an ADC (Ezreal), and a support (Sona). So that would mean either a mid laner or a top laner will get the skin. My guesses are based on who I think has the most potential to have ultimate level VFX. I tried to avoid champions who already have a 1820 RP skin and those who are waiting for VGU's.

My guesses for Mid: Zed Swain (with a full VGU otw unlikely) Malzahar Orianna Vel'Koz Ahri Azir Syndra Ekko

My guesses for Top: Illaoi Gangplank Feedora Gnar Yorick (after VGU) Ekko (lumped in both as idk what he's officially considered anymore) Riven Kennen

Under the assumption that position isn't a factor, I could see Elise getting the skin. Shapeshifting has very high potential for cool VFX, and that's part of the reason why I think Gnar has a high potential for it. Other guess would be Zyra. There's a lot of potential for doing cool stuff with her plants. That's also why I listed Illaoi.
