Any help? This is the only forum I use so I'm asking here lol I THINK it's an issue with my monitor I tried updating my display adapter drivers already There's no Brightness Options in my display settings:

usually you have to make this option on your monitor.
just use the buttons on your monitor.
There's a piece of software called f.lux that you could use to turn the LED lights in your monitor to more of an orange color than blue. It helps decrease eye strain and lets you get tired, since the blue from a computer monitor will decrease the amount of melotonin (sleep chemical) in your brain. Hope it helps.
Try hooking your tower up to a tv or something, the brightness on my laptop was rlly high and all the settings were garbled(my parents stepped on it XD) I hooked it up to my tv(hdmi) and can just change the settings on that now.
