Last night I had a game where someone was completely toxic in pregame and then again in postgame yet during the match he pretty much kept his mouth shut.
I know that Riot assumes most ragers have no discipline, but as it stands, you can game the system. We need to be able to report these things and pregame/post game needs to be in the tribunal logs.

there must be a good reason that RIOT doesn't go for a simple fix like adding in those chat streams as well.
i think instead of fixing it this way they're working on that toxicity in a broader sense. rather than fixing it in specific instances. which is a better, less reactive, more proactive approach. however it means that we get to suffer while they figure it out.
I'm wonder if the only reason they haven't is that they feel it's too low impact. Maybe they are fine with the system catching most offenders but the ones who are smart enough to abuse it.
