Are there any websites which list item/champion effectiveness en masse?

I was reading about, in other genre of games, we'll just take Hearthstone for a quick example, and the idea of an item (card in this case) having a set value.

So what would be the way to go looking for that on a slightly elevated comparison? For example: how high is Nashor's Tooth when combined with Diana? (I'd like to assume 100% effectiveness as I've seen literally every competent Diana player ever build it, usually rushing it, even.)

But what about more obscure things like...Guardian Angel on Teemo or Sunfire Cape on Bard? (I know, I know, just bear with me....)

Is there a site like this? I'd just want to use two columns, one for champions while the other for items, and just have a way of seeing not if something is the BEST build (there's already min/max'ers out there of whom already figured THOSE out long ago) but, rather, if it has a plausibly decent pairing.

I know what I'm asking is pretty darn specific but since my Google-fu is weak and I keep finding endless guides which do not serve my purpose in the absolute slightest manner, I figured I'd ask here.

I've never found anything like this. If it helps, you could check the gold efficiency of the item. Not much to go by, I know, but in all regards, I'd say just use your own judgement.

I've built some off things before. item 3078 on Vayne , because tumble plus item 3057 proc gives lots of burst damage, even if the ability power goes to waste.

I've build item 3071 and item 3025 as a duo item combo on MissFortune , as it gives her more survivability as well as great armor shedding with her ultimate. It also helps her kite or stick to a target, so personally, it's a good item investment.

Efficiency by champion varies, not only on the champions being played, but also based on your allies and enemies. Judgement is your best option I'm afraid.
