Instead of just nerfing the top champs (except rito's favorite ones that don't get nerfed)
Why don't we just buff the shitty champs to make them viable? I mean, it worked out pretty well for tanky junglers and cinderhulk.

-How many champions are weak because they need reworks? How many champions are weak and just need a small numbers bump? -How many champions are considered the top few?
Which of these is less work? The first. Which of these is a better solution? I personally prefer nerfing out of line champions (not dumpstering or love-tapping, legit 'they need this' nerfs) as opposed to figuring out what all the lower champions need, but ultimately I suppose there needs to be a baseline and then buffing and nerfing champions to it (which is a lot of work).
