WILL RENGAR STILL BE A DECENT TOP LANER WITH HIS UPCOMING UPDATE?

So i was just thinking,on how the new rengar will perform top lane,because i play rengar as a top laner. The reason why i came to this is because when i play rengar top, most of the time i stack my ferocity. But the update the ferocity will go away when out of combat. so this really brings me to think.Is this the end of top lane rengar?? P.S the same thing also goes for AP rengar.
