So,i just got out from this match, but it was very strange what i saw when the
got the kill instead of me 
. anyone explain how?

Would be easier if you showed Yasuo's build instead of Zed's. All I can assume is that he applied a dot on Zed, since Zed was steadily losing health. It's clear from the video that Zed dies before your axe hits him though.
There are few information that can be seen with your video. But an assumption can be made.
In this case, Zed was suffering small amount of damage periodically, which is probably the result of his items? Perhaps Death Dance? I suppose Yasuo's damage was still being applied in the form of Death Dance's damage-over-time.
