Masteries isn't coming in game when i click on it.

I played 3 games today, and all of them i took the masterie page but in game i had no masteries. PLEASE FIX THIS. Or is there something i'm doing wrong? I can't play to my full potential since it's unfair when i have no masteries and my opponent has.
