Title says it all, I have gone from a 73% win rate to 50% just because the amount of people i meet in this game that are clusterfucks. I've lost 10 matches in a row (ranked) only because my mf can't pres r in a teamfight?? league is a team game, when we have a teamfight i expect my fucking adc or mid laner too ult when they have it. And my last match ooh my last match i had a riven top losing too ekko, doesn't listen to my pings, ekko invades my jungle she doesn't even ping missing i ping for help she is literally at her turret standing still while i pinged 5 times for help while in meditate with master yi, LIKE WTF ,i know it's silver but still, i expect you not to be that stupid of a person than you already are. It's just came to the point that this game isn't fun anymore, I've played it for 6 years now and back in the day i could say,yeah i had fun but now..now it's just a pile of rage when i see someone not listen too pings when you ping them 5 times to back off and the still push the lane and they die right after you pinged. IT'S JUST. SIGHHHHHHHHHHHHH(no words)

See the problem is that you had too much faith in your teamates abilities.

You must go in with no expectations, no assumptions of your teamates knowleadge of the game or expected behavour.

They are bad children, they must be herded towards the enemy nexus, you got to hold thier hands all the way.

You have to quickly identify in which way they are bad you then have to take that into account when making game decisions. Are they bad mechanically?, perhaps they have poor map awareness?, zero understanding of objective control?, No idea how to play from behind?, poor target selection?

When talking to them, in trying to improve thier play if only for this game, imagine you are dealing with Trump. Do not engage thier ego, I repeated DO NOT ENGAGE. If you tell them they are bad they will stop playing and start arguing and you'll never get anywhere. You have to be very specific, "that was a poor engage, next time we should disengage". "push top so we can take dragon". Specific instruction, specific issues that can be fixed next fight and do not single them out if you can avoid it.
