Can you please make it so fizz can only max range shoot ult

And hit the first person it contacts (this doesnt change)

It's really annoying when you have to ult quickly and accidently ult a millimeter in front of yourself

I know im newb bm me but serioulsy why is it like that when its the first champion it comes into contact anyway..
