I had a very unique (and pleasant) experience tonight.

So, I was playing Garen top against a Teemo. At the beginning of the match, I got him low, he flashed. I flashed under his tower to catch him, thinking I could get the last hit. His blind came off cooldown and I died, giving him first blood. As the laning phase wore on, he got two more kills on me and my tower died really early.

I braced myself for abuse... And got none. Nothing. Nada. No one berated me, no one called me names, no one was rude to me. As the match went on I caught back up and they even congratulated me then. We ended up winning and I finished with a KDA of 6/3/8. Yup, did not die a single time after the laning phase and we forced a surrender by minute 34.

Why is this special? Because this has never, ever happened to me before. I don't remember a single match where no one got rude towards me if things went south for me. I'd like to thank my team then for showing me that yes, there are nice people playing this game. I know I'll be less likely to lose my patience in the future because of this.

There are a few people in the game (more than what we think) but egos get the better of alot of people and they think they are better than others and flame them. Theses games are rare but its good to have them to (emphasize your point) remind you that there are good people playing the game still.
