Are Those Skins On The PBE Going To Be The Halloween Skins?
Title. They're amazing skins but I personally find them disappointing when it comes to the theme of Halloween. If they're not the skins for Halloween, then no worries.

New Skins To kick off the 5.20 PBE cycle, we have three new 1350 tier skins for Brand, Kassadin, and Vi! While these new skins may seem spooky or out of this world, be aware they are NOT related to the Harrowing!
