Ive very understanding of the nature of junglers with the recent system. I understand that some junglers just want to sit in the forest killing little critters until they get their Sated Devourer and the emerging like gods and 1v5ing the enemy team or whatever.
But I had a game a few days ago where our Udyr jungle never wanted to stop farming even after he got Sated. I was playing Viktor against a Varus mid and, having never played that matchup before, was having a fairly rough time of it. I didn't bitch out Udyr though, or beg for ganks or ping for help, I sat in my lane farming, assuming that Udyr would be an absolute monster once he got Sated. I even questioned my bot laners when they started kiting their opponents up river towards the Dragon that Udyr was in the process of soloing, which could have easily resulted in an enemy triple kill AND dragon to boot.
But after Udyr got himself Sated...he continued to sit in the jungle and farm his camps almost on spawn. I was blown away, and started asking why he wasn't doing anything productive now that he was Sated. I don't remember what he said, if anything, but I started tilting because here was our chance to start winning and turning the game around, but this guy was just...playing Farmville. Im pretty sure all of our lanes lost to some degree, though we definitely didn't feed and could have easily turned the game into a win with a Sated Udyr, but because the guy didn't want to do anything but farm, the rest of my team, including myself, decided to just surrender and be done with it.
TL;DR: Its totally understandable if a jungler is really trying to focus on getting Sated Devourer considering how powerful the item is, and if that's what youre doing just explain it to your team and tell them not to expect ganks for a while. But once you get yourself Sated you really need to make up for lost ground in the lanes and start pushing objectives. Otherwise, that Sated Devourer is entirely useless, and you might end up tilting your team into a loss regardless of how good/bad they did in lane without your help.
