Guardian Of The Sands Xerath or Master Arcanist Ziggs!?

I have been thinking about it for too long and i played both champs for too long, their range and style of gameplay seems to similar to me, as if it's 2 different skins for the same champion... which skin do you think is better ? i honestly like themes more different than Sand or Witchcraft but it's all i got for them
