Literally have a guy in my game that is running down lanes intentionally feeding. When our ADC asked to report him, he said, "Please do. I do it all the time and nothing happens."

Why don't you punish players that intentionally lose the game and cause a very toxic environment in the game? But we all know you are going to slap 34 game chat restriction on our ADC for asking to report him. Because #ritologic

Edit: Yup, last pick just autolocks a lane that was already called because #businessmajor. Will he get punished? Nope. Why? Well probably because Lyte is a dumb dumb.
