Why are Rumble and Lissandra now pick/bans in professional play?
Just curious, they don't see that much play in normal and lower elo games.

Well... Lissandra, if played right, is EXTREMELY powerful... Imo, rumble is broken and needs some real cooldowns and professionals know how to abuse that properly.
The meta in professional games is frequently different from the meta in non-professional games... and as such, champs can sometimes reach abuse status in pro play but not be nearly as good elsewhere.
