does less deaths mean your carrying?

i got into a bit of a discussion with my friend and didnt seem to come to a conclusion maybe someone here can help sort this out

lets say im 13/13 with someone else going 0/0 with another person being 2/1 whos carrying?

another situation is say im 6/4 with another person being 3/0 whos carrying? cuz in my book the person with the most kills is carrying with deaths being not related to carrying if i got 13 deaths ya i fed but i also made up for it by getting fed i dunno my friends logic would be the guy with the better kda is carrying so the guy with 2/1 carried more than the guy with 13/13 and they woulda carried with 3/0 instead of 6/4 any impute would be nice and will help

You can have a shitty score and still carry a game. Who had the most damage, warded most or pushed the most objectives? The person who is 13/13 has given out a lot of gold to the enemy, but he might be the one who is pushing objectives and making plays. You would also need to look at the assists. Anyways what I'm trying to say is you will need to look at a lot more than the score to see who carried.
