Please Stop Robotic Player Support Replies....

Please. It's so frustrating when they don't even bother to read your messages and submit an automatic reply. There's rarely a player support specialist that sounds like a human or at least reads your messages , like Marowe >.<

I understand going through so many messages is a lot of hard work, but I would rather have actual, well-thought out replies every 3 days rather than automated replies that have little to nothing to do with your situation every day.

Most issues don't actually need a personal letter, and the first one is always a form letter telling you they've gotten your report and will look at it. And how often are you sending in/updating your ticket? Every time you do that, it gets put back at the end of the line. If you want to see what got you banned, don't just say "Why am I banned?" That will get you the cookie-cutter. Ask specifically "I want to see the chat logs that led to my ban".

As far as your ban goes, you may have just been joking around with your friend, but I'm guessing you had some random players on the team? The thing with chat is you don't have cues like tone of voice, facial expressions, and body language to let people know you aren't serious. They don't know you're friends. All they see is your chat looking like you are harassing a new player.

If you want to joke around, fine, but if you are going to use words that appear to be insults, you have to be understand that a random player is likely to believe you're serious. If I was in a game and saw someone insulting another person? I might tell them to knock it off, but I'm just as likely to stealth report after the game ends.

I've never had this issue with support. I've always gotten a real response after about a day or so which to me is acceptable.

From what I see on the forums the automated replies seem to be mostly(if not all) seem to come from tickets regarding punishments. Is that what your automated response was about?

Im pretty sure "hes my friend" only changes anything if 100% of your team are friends. If there is even 1 pug then it doesn't matter that it was a friend.

I contacted support because of an issue with the Verizon Router problems that lead to a restriction cause I got 11 reports in one hexakill game and it gave me instant 25 game restriction.

The response was canned basically saying "F-ck you, you're toxic, deal with it". I explained I was concerned about this technical issue and that I have in no way been toxic. I wanted to know if that ONE game was really why I was restricted because I think it's not acceptable that I'm penalized for dcing and coming back by connecting to my phone and working hard to help my team win.

After that reply and 9 "Beuller" messages they responded 2 weeks later with another canned "F-ck you, you're toxic and we can't tell you why" message. This one from their "Behavioral Team".

All ALONG they did not address the specific issue I had. I just want to know that those 11 reports aren't the ones that are giving me erroneous false positives when the system looks at me and gives me restrictions. But can they do something so simple? I'm currently waiting on a response. It's been 2 weeks.

Before you tell me I'm toxic, please know I'm a very positive player and my games typically consist of "gg, have a nice day" type chat. I have a leader banner and get honored often for being friendly or for team work.
