hmmmmm, it's hard to guess because anyone I can think of will probably get one with a gameplay re-work as well, throwing the timeline off.....

just because I feel re-working his kit will be much quicker than Sion, and come on, dem box feet. :P
To be honest, there's a good chunk of champions that have no distinction between their Movement and Attacking Quotes on their classic skins (Some may have ultimate skins with more lines), which leads to them having a TINY set of quotes (I looked at Alistar's; He actually HAS a distinction between Movement and Attacking, but it's still a total of FIVE WHOLE LINES, 8 with his Select, Joke, and Taunt).
So yeah, those champs should probably be looked at.
Evelynn needs one, I feel, but it sounds like the team isn't quite decided on the direction they want to take her for a Thematic Update.
Kassadin (On the aforementioned list of limited-quote champs) just got a rework, so he'd either get one 'soonish' or longer down the line, he might need a bit of a redesign.
Everyone except Taric on your list on the other thread is on the Limited Quote List. Taric still needs one.
I know I'm missing champions that AREN'T on the Limited Quotes List, but those are the ones that come to mind.
EDIT: I can't say that I can give a proper opinion on WHICH champion will be next, but Taric is probably a good contender for the next one, since he's a 'Pizza Feet'.
I think it's Sion, actually. They did say it would be a bit of a surprise. IMO, I don't think anyone is expecting Sion's kit revamp and everything to be ready already.
Kayle could use a visual tune up. Someone might want to call a chiropractor so they can fix Sivir and Lux into a more manageable position actually possible with the human anatomy. (The new Sivir art sucks and was completely unneccesary imho, but meh.)
