What is going on in ranked? It's been horrible

Sounds very cliche, but I've been getting a lot of trolls lately. It's been terrible. What's going on? I have to hold my breath every time I get in a match now. I'm on the verge of being demoted to silver. I win my lanes, I roam like crazy, I ping objectives. There's really nothing more I could do. I know all the typical pieces of advice. I work on my own game. Fix mistakes. Bla bla bla. They only work so much. I get off for a couple days, come back, same shit. Always someone feeding, not relaxing. Always people arguing. Always an ADC getting butt hurt at the support for who knows what reason. Always someone who is "auto filled". It always seems like the enemy team plays well together but my team runs around like a lost puppy in the woods. I don't understand, are there a bunch of children playing this game? We are supposed to be on the same team, yet they would rather flame each other and kiss up to the enemy team in all chat. I really don't get it at all. It's really hard to stay positive with this happening so often. Maybe it's the time of day I play? I'm really not sure, but I had this happen to me the exact same time last year. Gets old. Still waiting on my win streak that just won't come. L L L L L W L L W L L L W. How can I break this? Sorry, just very frustrated.
