Petition: rerolling 3 skin shards
Could it avoid giving you skins for champions that you already have a skin for? About 5 of my 7 rr's have given me skins that I already own the skin that I want for a champion.

But it's going to be looking at your owned champions so that it can give you a permanent for something you own. I for one own 565 skins, so re-rolls I get do tend to give me a skin for someone I already have a skin for as I own most of them. Shouldn't be a problem though if you like playing the champions that you own. Yes, you may like the other skin you have more but it doesn't mean you can't use the one you got a bit too.
